ENROLLMENT
The first step to beginning a program at Florida Hospital Fitness Centers is to call the center that is most convenient for you. The staff will set you up for your appointments of paperwork and exercise instruction/ clinics.

Your fitness assessment will take about twenty minutes to complete and we ask that you arrive fifteen minutes early to complete the membership paperwork if you did not pick it up prior to appointment time. It is suggested that members do not eat a heavy meal and that they do drink plenty of water prior to the assessment. Please arrive on time and dressed to exercise for all of your appointments.  The fitness assessment is a requirement for all members wishing to exercise at Florida Hospital Fitness Centers.

EXERCISE INSTRUCTION CLINICS
Each new member will be scheduled for two optional instructional clinics.  These thirty to forty-five minute sessions give each new member an opportunity to be guided through his or her workout by a certified fitness instructor.
